Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy sets out how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for 1-on-1 therapy sessions booked through TooHeal, operated by XTENSU SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Your first session is risk-free

Free reschedule: change your session time for free, up to 12 hours before it starts.
Cancel early, full refund: cancel at least 24 hours before your session and get 100% back.
Not happy? Full refund: if your first session doesn’t feel right, tell us within 24 hours after it and we’ll refund you in full.

The “not happy” refund applies to your first session only, once per person. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

When we refund in full

If a payment is completed but a confirmed session cannot be honoured — for example a technical conflict or double-booking — TooHeal will refund that payment in full.
If TooHeal or your therapist cancels a confirmed session and no suitable alternative time can be arranged, you will be offered a transfer to another session or a full refund of that session’s fee.
If a payment is deducted but no booking is created, the amount is refunded in full.

Session packs

Where a multi-session pack has been purchased, the discount applies across the sessions in that pack. Sessions already attended are treated as availed. Unused sessions follow the same rescheduling terms as a single session.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway, Cashfree. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to credit the amount after it is initiated. TooHeal never sees or stores your card or bank details.

How to request

Write to support@tooheal.com with your booking reference. If something serious has come up, tell us — we would rather sort it out with you than lose you over a scheduling clash.
